Kindly note that all products are freshly made to order, and while we do our best to ensure consistency and quality, slight variations may occur as part of the handmade process.

STORE POLICY

Orders

All orders must be placed and confirmed with full payment before processing. Orders are prepared fresh and scheduled based on availability.

 

Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations must be made as early as possible. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared and dispatched. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we will review accordingly.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery rider, Elianna’s Bake House is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics. However, we ensure all items are packaged securely for transit.
