OUR STORY
Elianna’s Bake House began in a quiet season of waiting, a season marked by faith, trust, and hope. The name Elianna means “God has answered my prayers,” a reminder that even in moments of uncertainty, there is purpose, growth, and something beautiful being formed.
Founded by a home baker in Abuja, Nigeria, this bake house is more than just a collection of desserts. It is a reflection of personal memories, meaningful experiences, and a deep love for creating comfort through food.
Each item on the menu has been thoughtfully selected and curated from some of the head baker’s most cherished moments. The Victoria sponge cake, for instance, was inspired by a visit to a small, intimate coffee shop in England, owned by a kind European woman whose warmth made the experience unforgettable. The banana bread loaf traces back to a childhood memory in Canada, first tasted during a school trip, soft, rich, and comforting in a way that stayed long after the moment had passed.
At Elianna’s Bake House, these memories are recreated with care, intention, and quality ingredients, bringing a taste of those experiences to every order.
As new journeys unfold, so will the menu, with more flavours and creations inspired by travels and moments from around the world.
